Dr. Zhan's current research interests include MRI data acquisition, processing, modeling, and analysis, with emphasis on diffusion MRI and resting-state functional MRI for human brain. Multimodal analysis of combined different MRI modalities is focused to improve sensitivity and reliability of image biomarker identification. The research goal is to improve the understanding of brain structures and functions, for a broad spectrum of applications on neurological, psychiatric and psychological studies.
