As an MR technologist at the MNC, Mariah is responsible for executing research MRI protocols, managing scan schedules and room reservations, coordinating QA/QC procedures with the MR physicist, and scanning both participants and phantoms across various environments. She ensures equipment functionality, maintains safety standards for participants and staff, oversees data archiving and transfer, trains users on safety protocols, and organizes educational events and tours.

In addition to her role at the MNC, Mariah is a research affiliate in the Language, Experience, and Development (LEAD) Lab, where she leads efforts on the bilingual component of their main study. Her contributions include recruitment, data collection, scheduling, and protocol development. She will begin her PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Delaware this August.
